My fascination with weightlifting and fitness ignited during my high school years through gymnastics. I loved learning new things and finding discipline within myself to build new skills, and I’ve been chasing that feeling ever since. Throughout college, I coached recreational gymnastics, where I discovered my passion for promoting health and wellness. It was clear to me that my purpose was to empower others through fitness, a path that initially led me to the medical field.
Working in the hospital, I found myself constantly drawn back to fitness, eagerly sharing advice on health and exercise with colleagues, patients, and anyone willing to listen. My healthcare career deepened my understanding of physical well-being; witnessing people at their most vulnerable made me realize the transformative power of feeling strong and capable. I knew I wanted to help people feel their best.

My favorite part of fitness is how many people you can impact, regardless of age or skill level.
