Another year. Another personality overhaul attempt.
 
Meanwhile, this shirt is based on the same dented 5-gallon lard bucket that’s been catching chalk at Motor City Barbell Club since forever. Originally from Michigan Shortening Co., Detroit, MI, it now lives a far more honorable life — getting smacked, kicked, stepped over, and coated in chalk dust daily.
 
We cleaned up the graphic.
We did not clean up the attitude.
 
No resolutions.
No resets.
No “this is my year” speeches.
 
Just showing up, lifting heavy, missing occasionally, making the next one, and doing it again tomorrow.
